REGULATORY MONITORING · 8 JURISDICTIONS
No change in the law should reach you through the bill for the fine.
GRI tracks tax, accounting, corporate and immigration changes in Brazil, the United States, Portugal, Italy, Spain, France, Colombia and the United Kingdom — rates the impact on your operation and alerts your team by WhatsApp, email or SMS while there is still time to act.
What changes abroad reaches you here first.
Official sources from all eight countries, scanned continuously. Brazil is your control point; each arc is an active monitoring channel.

From official publication to your radar, in five steps.
Capture
Continuous scanning of official gazettes, tax agencies and regulators in all eight countries.
Classification
Each rule is read, summarized in Portuguese and rated by impact: high, medium or low risk for your operating profile.
Alert
The notification goes out through the channel your team actually reads: WhatsApp, email or SMS.
Control
The dashboard brings deadlines, official documents and pending obligations together in one place.
Document check-in
For anyone moving to another country, GRI builds the list of required documents by purpose, and you mark what you already have, what is valid and what is missing.
Every document your move requires, in a single list.
Pick the country and the reason — visa, residency, company setup — and GRI builds the full list of required documents. You mark what you already have, what is valid and what is still missing.
A monitoring system, not one more inbox.
Everything the radar picks up becomes actionable: rated, summarized and delivered to whoever needs to act.
Risk traffic light
Each rule rated by its impact on your operation. Filter by level.
Multichannel alerts
The notification goes out through the channel your team actually reads.
Dashboard
Upcoming deadlines in one place.
Official documents
With date, country and a link to the source.
Summary in Portuguese
From the original legalese to the point, with no literal translation.
Multi-user
Every obligation has a named owner — nothing falls through the cracks.
AI risk analysis
Generated on demand, based on your profile and your questionnaire answers.
Compliance check-in
Every obligation with a declared status — nothing stays open without a record.
Made for those who answer when something slips through.
Companies operating abroad
Discovering an ancillary obligation after the deadline, already with a fine.
Every relevant change arrives rated before the due date.
Accounting and law firms
Monitoring eight jurisdictions by hand, client by client.
A single dashboard scans the sources and delivers only what matters to each account.
Tax and corporate departments
Learning that something changed too late to react.
An alert on the channel the team follows, with the impact already assessed.
Built for those who can't afford to find out late.
GRI was born from a concrete problem: people and companies in more than one country miss deadlines not because of disorganization, but because the change in the law never arrives before the due date. We close that gap.
Mission
Put regulatory change in front of decision-makers with time to react — not afterwards, in the form of a fine or a notice.
How we operate
Official sources from eight countries are scanned continuously. Each rule is read, rated by impact and summarized in Portuguese before it reaches you.
What we don't do
We don't replace accounting or legal advice. GRI makes sure the right information arrives on time — the decision still belongs to your team.
Always a traceable source
Every alert carries a link to the original official document. No summary without backing.
Risk is never just a color
High, medium or low always come with a label and a justification — the traffic light is a visual shortcut, not the whole explanation.
A radar, not a newsletter
The dashboard brings deadlines, documents and compliance items together in one place, by operating profile.
A plan for every size of operation.

The questions that come up before the first alert.
Where does the information come from?
Straight from each country's official sources — tax agencies, official gazettes and regulators. Every rule you receive comes with a link to the original document, so you can check it at the source.
How often does the monitoring run?
Sources are scanned continuously throughout the day. When something relevant to your profile is published, the classification and the alert go out without waiting for a weekly cycle.
How is risk rated?
Each rule is read and assessed for its impact on your type of operation and receives a level — high, medium or low. The level always comes with a label and a justification, never just a color.
Does GRI replace my accountant or lawyer?
No. GRI does not issue opinions or make decisions for you. It makes sure nobody on your team is caught off guard: the change arrives in time, already rated, so your accountant or lawyer can act ahead of it.
Can I monitor just one country?
Yes. The Starter plan covers one jurisdiction of your choice, and you add the others when your operation requires it — without switching tools.
Where is my data stored?
Your account and monitoring-profile data are kept in a controlled environment, with access restricted to your team.
